Something to look forward to: Jonathan Vandenbroek, alias MILOW, begins his “From North to South” concert tour.
Concert organizers Marek Lieberberg and Mario Mendrzycki announced that the first six shows for this summer are set. MILOW Live on Stage with his new album “North and South”, released April 1st. The first album single release “You And Me (In My Pocket)” is available since March 18th nationwide.
The long-awaited Album “North and South”, recorded in his home country Belgium was partially mixed in Los Angeles by the two-time Grammy winner Tony Maserati (Beyonce Knowles, Jason Mraz, Robbie Robertson). Mastering was done by Dave Kutch (The Roots, Erykah Badu, Outkast) in New York City.
MILOW, the Belgian singer/songwriter, became internationally recognized in late 2008 after releasing his acoustic cover version of the 50‑Cent-Track “Ayo Technology”. The single remained in the Charts for over 340 weeks in 14 different countries and it became the foundation of his success: #3 on the list of highest-earning songs 2009 in Germany.
Interim balance after three years of international success: 1,8 million albums sold, over 300 live shows in 20 different countries, and recipient of various distinguished awards.
